As we pay for playing the game this situations are unacceptable. I want fully reffund for the lost time! After Cataclysm the game become unstable and don't qualified the standars and the only thing u hear from Blizzard representative is a sorry. Sorry for what? For that u waisting my game time, for the bugs (see the last Event bugs)? Where is the game experience that Blizzard promised?

Unfortunately, we do not have any information or control over the 'refund' situation and it is never granted upon request, only if the 'powers that be' deem it to be warranted.

I will lock this now to keep the forums tidy and prevent any further personal insults and/or arguments.
