Hey,

as most people probably know, there was a huge problem with the EU–servers yesterday. As a result of this problem, I didn't get the conquest point cap as I had planned to play games on this very tuesday, but when I got home and tried to log on, I was immediately disconnected, like everyone else (I would guess). After a while I eventually got online, but no one else was online. One out of my 70 real ID–mates were online, that saying alot. Because of this, I had to spend even more of my time to find someone to do games with. Eventually I did. I went to do a game, and the queue popped, so I joined it. My new teammate got stuck in loadingscreen and got disconnected, and the arena was so laggy that my opponents were running in place for 5 minutes straight and I couldn't use any abilities/spells. They were queued up, however not executed.

Now, to get to the point: I would think this is an issue caused by blizzard somehow (I'm not sure how these things even occur, someone spilled some coffee where they shouldn't?), and thusly I would only find it fair if my lost points (and time) were reimbursed. I had lots of my time wasted because of blizzard messing something up somewhere (no disrespect, I know it's not easy to run this flawlessly), but I think it's unfair that I as a subscriber should have to «suffer» for it. While I know blizzard probably isn't responsible for server downtimes and stuff like that and that I've agreed upon it in the Terms of Acceptance (please paste quote of given term if I actually did agree upon it!), I still think it'd only be fair if I got the points I missed reimbursed so my time wasn't completely wasted. I'm also one week behind what I would have been if the servers didn't go down.

I realize this is probably something I should contact a game master about, but I figured I'd ask here too for consideration.

I am sorry to see that you were having difficulties in obtaining your Conquest Point cap last night due to the issues players were experiencing.

I understand that you feel that you are entitled to the missing points, but I am afraid that this is not something we are able to assist with and it is indeed included within our Terms of Acceptance.

I appreciate that Tuesday night may be the only time you can get to play these games, but it may be worth trying to spread them out over the course of the week rather than trying to do them all in one go.
