This is correct. We are unable to discuss any penalties on the forums. If you'd like to dispute any action taken by the Game Masters please send an email to the WoWconcernsEU@blizzard.com address and it will be looked into by a senior member of the Game Master team.

If this issue is not concerning your account, I'd suggest that your friend sends the email as we can only discuss account related matters with the owner of the account.

Please, lets keep this serious. I want high–ups to notice this.

Essentially this is a story of my friend. We are long time real ID buddies, and recently he told me this story.

He logged in one day to find an in–game mail about incoming suspension for using an exploit. The message WAS real, as confirmed by a GM ticket. The GMs however were not allowed to tell him what he exploited.

Short version: «You are banned, but we cant tell you what for, so feel free to do it again»

He sent an email to the account admin, quoting the mail/tickets, and saying he has authenticator. Yes, he said it.

Do you know what reply was?

Im sorry but we cant tell you what the ban will be for. You can try getting an authenticator to prevent it in the future.

Really now?

So point of my post is: How can a multi–billion company that gets ~390 MILLION USD income every month just from ONE game, not afford to get people in customer support who at least READ what they are emailed?

I believe that you are stating here that you are not satisfied with the service because someone did not see that it was mentioned in the email from your friend that an authenticator is already attached and that you did not get an explanation.

For all those questions/concerns you need to email the WoWconcernsEU@blizzard.com as that is the email address which you go to if you have an issue incorrectly handled by support (authenticator attached message not seen) or if you are unhappy with the decision made (banned account).
