I have a problem with the blue screen of death (bsod for short) for a while now i cant play. Every time i log in and choose my character it gets to the end of the loading screen and just sits there and if I click the mouse a blue screen appears telling me that my windows has shut down to pervent further damage. I tried googling it but it ain't working they all tell me that a file name should be written there but it isn't. I went to a technitian and he reinstalled my windows (before I was on an unlicensed version and now I'm on a licensed) but no change. I tried to repair the game and I'm now reinstalling it's still the same..end of loading screen and blue screen again. Please help me guys !

Hello,

If you are getting a Blue Screen of Death, this is an actual Windows error that can often indicate a hardware or driver related problem which resulted in the Windows crash.

By default Windows will automatically restart, but you can disable this so that you are able to read the error message. To do so please follow these instructions.

Windows XP
  • Right–click on «My Computer» and choose «Properties»
  • Click on the «Advanced» tab
  • Click on the «Settings» button in the «Startup and Recovery» box
  • Uncheck the «Automatically Restart» option and click «OK»
  • Windows Vista / 7
  • Right–click on the «Computer» and choose «Properties»
  • Under Tasks, select «Advanced System Settings»
  • Click on the «Settings» button in the «Startup and Recovery» box
  • Uncheck the «Automatically Restart» option and click «OK»
  • Next time you get this error note down all the information in that error and post back.

    Hi,

That errors commonly associated with a problematic driver, it could one or more of your drivers are faulty or malfunctioning.

Start by checking that your drivers are current for all your hardware, graphic card, sound card, network card etc… as well as any system updates.

Checking your system over for Viruses and Trojans might be a good idea as well.
