I recently payed for both an account change and realm transfer, now the account transfer has gone through as it's now appearing on my account and on the realm I wanted it to be moved to but when I try to log onto it it says «You canot log in untill the character update process you initiated is completed»

This problem has been around a while now and yes I'm aware there is a thread made about the issue but all you keep doing is saying «Contact account billing/JUst wait it out/Excuse number 3» when the problem is clearley apparent for everyone.

Can you please just accept there is a problem or offer some real help rather than sending us in the direction that rarely resolves the situation.
