I was playing a dungeon as tank with a healer trying to do DPS and DPS trying to do tank so ofcourse I died. In ghost form I start running back to the dungeon and all of a suddenly I crash. Couple hours l tried logging into the character and every time it loads it instantly crashes. I then ran the repair tool. It did not help.

I personally believe it is something to do with where I am.

Is there any way to fix this or maybe transport my player somewhere else hopefully to fix this crash.

(BTW I sent the crash report)

Contact a GM and request your character be moved. Use the word «STUCK» in your ticket description along with the character info/location.

You can reach them by following the steps below:

 — Start the game and log into the affected character. If you cannot log into your character, try creating a new character (preferably on the same realm) and log into that one instead.

  • In the game, click the red question mark (?) icon at the bottom of the screen to open the Help menu.
  • With the Help menu open, you can select one of several options at the bottom of the Help menu: «Talk to a GM,» «Report Issue,» and select the option that best applies to your issue.
  • Select the «Open a Ticket» option.
  • Enter as much information as possible about the problem, and then click the «Submit» key to submit the ticket.
  • Once you have submitted the information, you will see a notification appear in the top right section of your screen that you have an open ticket. A GM will be in contact with you as soon as they are able, to help you resolve the issue. Wait times can vary depending upon the time of day and the amount of pages in the queue, but they will work to get to you as quickly as possible.

    Can you post some network information?

    * Windows Xp, Vista, or 7

    * Firewall (McAfee, Norton, ZoneAlarm, etc.)

    * Network Adapter make, model, and driver date and version ( http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US{_amp_}articleId=21137 ) **Look at the last set of steps**

    * Router brand and model # (this should be printed somewhere on the front or back or bottom)

    * Cable or DSL Modem brand and model #(this should be printed somewhere on the front or back or bottom)

    * ISP (Internet Provider)

    * Is the connection wired or wireless

    * Location (City, State)

    If you have a modem the connection will look like this:

    Connection coming in from ISP > Modem > Computer

    If you have a modem and router it will look like this:

    Connection coming in from ISP > Modem > Router > Computer

    Which does your connection resemble?

    Try removing the router so that you are connection directly to the modem.
