I transferred one of my toons to a seperate server to play with some of my buddies on alliance side but my toon is currently horde but when i went to change the character it gives me inelligible and i can't do anything

Did you attempt this more than once, Saintmichäel?

Looks like one may already be pending.

Also, when you request multiple transactions like this, please do log into the character between steps. Complications can sometimes happen if that's not done. Nothing that cannot be overcome, but better to avoid if possible

If this is indeed pending, you should see it (and possibly be able to cancel it) on your Transactions page.

im having a similar problem my rogue is labeled as ineligble and i tried to customize him. Is there any way for it to be removed so i can get the processed completed?

From what I can see, Xxpanzer, the character would be ineligible for a re–customization because it is currently listed for a re–customization. Have you visited the Transaction page to see if you need to finalize payment?

Are you able to cancel the transaction? If you continue to have an issue with the character it would be best to contact our Billing and Account Services directly. They should be able to help.

just checked character still ineligible.. can something be done about this?

We were able to cancel the transaction so you should be able to initiate it again. I see no reason for it to be erroring out though. It may be an issue with the Billing portion of it.

Can you try an alternate credit card? If not, perhaps give our Billing and Account Services a call, they may be able to manually process the transaction.

i actually called them and then and only then was my character ineligible.. the guy said he couldnt get it to work either

Odd, the only call I see is from 5 days ago and that was regarding a subscription addition.

Still? The transaction was cleared. Can you try clearing your cookies/cache?
