what could have caused this?

The only thing that comes to mind is that the game card purchase transaction was still not finalized and was denied or charged back, Allìus. If there was a charge back, our billing team would remove the game time from the account.

As I did not see any purchases for a game card on the account you are posting with, I am unable to confirm if that was the reason. Have your friend contact our billing and account services team so that they may double check.

So i had a 30 day game card from the blizzard store time code I had and well I have a reoccurring subscription i didn't need it, so i gave it to my friend when he was at my house on sunday and today it says he has no game time aswell as it not even being on his transaction history. what could have caused this?
