Well ive nearly had it again just got hacked for the second time in 1 week. I tried to purchase a authenticator for the blizzard store to stop this happening but no i can't just purchase the authenticator. I have to make another physical purchase to be able to ship to Australia. I sent a msg to support via email and they told me to go into change my payment method which is not possible. Also to uncheck my use my current shipping address which i can't find anyway on the blizzard store or even in account management. Why is blizzard not providing solutions to what should be a simple website fix. So apart from post msgs to GM's to get my gear restored again. I dont rally want to make a purchase for something i dont want just to get an authenticator. Any other ideas why the account is being hacked deleted all addons virus scanned and everything comes up green? Sigh

You obviously did not remove the infection, did not change the username to the account, did not change the password to your email accounts.

Yeah so what does it mean if i did all of the above and got hacked again ?

Most likely that you have as yet unidentified malware still present…..or your email itself is compromised.
