I see you removed your WTF and Cache folder, but most of the time it's a UI/Add–ons issue, which these files lie in the Interface folder. Can you remove the interface folder, and move it to the desktop and test?

Has anyone else been having issues with mouse clicking? Lately I will try clicking on something set in my action bar, or something in the menu or inventory and the game will not register my click. I'll click on something 10 times in a row before the game will realize I am clicking. So far the only way to fix the issue is to exit wow and restart. Already tried deleted my cache and WTF files. The problem isn't my mouse because I have no mouse click problems in any of my other programs. My FPS usually sits around 20 ish. My latency is anywhere between 10 — 100ms.
