Tonight I was kicked from the server and when I tried logging back on, I got a message AGAIN that my account is subject to suspicious activity and it has been locked. I had to wait approx. 10 minutes for the e–mail to come in so that I could begin the process of changing my password and then changing it back.

I bought an authenticator so I wouldn't have to put up with this [explicative] childish nonsense. Look, all I want is to play the game uninterrupted. Do not kick me off for 10 minutes when I am in a raid group and make everyone else wait for me to fix YOUR problem! If you need to verify security, make me punch in my authenticator key a couple times in a row, rather than having to change my password a dozen times.

GRRRR!!!

You do not actually need to wait for the e–mail. You can visit the Account Management page to reset the password yourself.

I am sorry for what inconvenience this may cause you, accounts cannot currently opt out of the system. Our teams continue to fine tune the system and hopefully expand it, so that may be an option at some point.
