I was in a os 3d yesterday morning, loot rules were stated, everyone was going to have a chance to roll on the drake. Well, it drops, and we all roll. The raid leaders guildie, rolls 100 (100–100). The raid leader gave it to him, even though everyone else rolled correctly besides him. Myself and about 4 other people opened up tickets about this matter, as the raid leader left as soon as he and his guildie ninja'd the drake, and another person was waiting to roll on the bag. He was unable to collect his loot as well.

So, after this, I open a ticket, and i used all the names of the ninjas and the time. In response to my ticket, they told me that they would not do anything about this matter, because it was not the right type of item (i didnt understand that at all) and that i should contact the ninja, and try and get him to put in a ticket about it. Obviously he isnt going to give the item up if he doesnt have to, and i cannot understand why no action was taken on this matter. After all, loot rules were stated. I have already put in a follow up ticket.

I am sorry for the confusion, Ryokoh, it looks like the initial report was viewed as a Bind on Pick up swap, not a loot scam.

It looks like the secondary petition is under investigation and you should be contacted as soon as it has been completed.

Good luck.
