I'm going to c/p what I wrote into the ticket you finally, finally opened up for me after hours of trying:

I reported harassment and abuse by a player who continually circumvented my ignore by logging on to other chars on five different occasions over a 3 hour period last night and harassing and threatening me in chat and in tells.

I gave you names…[Edited out]…and you did nothing.

This person stated publicly that they were going to watch my every word and report anything I did wrong in response to me stating that I was reporting their behavior. Well, they succeeded…I said the word '<removed> in an unrelated conversation, and was immediately gifted with an email saying I had violated ToS. Meanwhile, the harassment and threats continued. I tried opening a ticket, and you deleted it. Three times it went through the queue, and three times it fell off the queue without a word from a GM or an acknowledgement from Blizzard.

So, tell me, do you really find the word <removed> so offensive that you can afford to overlook the fact that this person continually harassed me in chat and in tells over a three hour period and made my game virtually unplayable? You can afford to ignore the fact that I continually reported their behavior and received no response from Blizzard or a GM, and instead had my ticket deleted on each occasion because the duty GM apparently just didn't care?

Having been a player for many years I have never seen Blizzard or Blizzard employees act so irresponsibly. If you refuse to protect players from harassment, you will give me no choice but to cancel my subscription. I have never been treated this way by Blizzard or any other publisher and I will not stand for it.

While it looks like this was likely already resolved, I do just want to note we don't 'delete' petitions.

You'll want to check above through the Support link for responses.

Then what happens to them?

I've had the *exact* same problem numerous times with my petitions just vanishing and never hearing a word from a GM or other Blizzard representative.

You need to look above through the Support link to see the responses.

let me clear one thing up. GM's do infact delete tickets. if they don't then where do they go?

And I repeat, no they do NOT delete tickets.

I'm seeing two main accounts attached to this Battle.net account, Sin.

On one, only two petitions, both responded to.

The other, going back 189 days, 13 petitions, each and every one responded to, the last was 55 days ago.

There is a time limit on what will show on the Support Site.

After a petition is answered, it's closed.

Our system actually makes it impossible to DELETE anything. Even if you cancel a petition before it's been answered….it's still there marked as player abandoned.

You ARE using the drop down to change from «Active Tickets» to «All Tickets» right?

yes i know how to use it. i can find all my tickets except for the ones where the GM's gave me wise crack answers and a few others.

they are not there. no where in the history.

i checked for one of them 2 days later and it was not there.

The new Support Site may not have every petition, it is a new system, some of the older ones may not be there — or aged out of the system.

Looking on this other account you referenced, I see 35 petitions over the last 232 days.

Of those, only 5 did NOT have either an ingame response, ingame mail, or answer through the Support Site and that's because in those petitions you specifically requested no response. One of those 35 looks to have been abandoned from your side.

51 days ago, I see mention of your history and a specific player.

52 days ago, you have an abandoned petition.

53 days ago, I see that player mentioned.

another ticket about a missing ticket that was answered…..from sept.

«1;23 am sept 25, this is the second time im reporting player *** for hardcore in trade chat on ***, this time he linked two things together to say »[del] [del]« from what i read in the forums blizzard does nothing about hardcore in chat as they dont stop the people that do the hardcore,. i dont see the other ticket i put in about {***} in my history that was 2 days ago, so the GM probably just erased it. is my guess. where is it?»

the support site never answered this question, and they never said that they don't delete.

i asked and asked and asked…..no one responded with a «we never delete answered tickets»

That's the one from 51 days ago, and it was answered.

the robo answer did not tell me why my ticket from 2 days ago. is not archived. so it was not answered was it. ill copy and paste the answer.

it does not state why my complaint about the person from 2 days ago is not in my history.

they answer the the standard form answer. for reporting a naughty player. but my question is ignored.

I see that petition, Sin — so did the GM. They assured you they were looking into the matter, they probably didn't have any better answer than I do on why that particular petition may not be in your history so YOU can see it….we can, and did.

There is a VAST difference between your original contention that petitions are deleted, and what may not be an answer that satisfied you, or a partial answer.
